Christine has been Coaching Sport and Exercise for 25+ years. Competing and training in gymnastics, soccer, swimming; Women's University waterpolo and wrestling teams. Specialising in Coaching Psychology and Exercise Physiology in her BSc, she re-located to Sydney in 2005 and completed her Master's in CS with a Leadership Specialisation and developed her own model of "Applying Leadership to Life Coaching." She is passionate about Nutrition, Coaching, and Biomechanics and loves supporting people to overcome and manage their health conditions as well as flourish in life.
